My husband was quite the baker today.
He made fabulous banana
bread, which I would love to
share with you all!
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 bananas, mashed well
1/4 almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray
a 8 x 4 bread pan with non-stick
cooking spray and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine flour,
baking soda, baking powder,
salt and cinnamon.
Mix well and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together brown
sugar, bananas, milk, vanilla, and
vinegar on medium high with a mixer
until smooth. Slowly add flour
mixture and mix just until mixed,
do not over mix. Add chocolate
chips and stir 3-4 times with
a wooden spoon, just to incorporate.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 60-70 minutes. Let cool
for 10 minutes before removing
from pan.
